Welcome to Mulanje Adventures!
 By booking a tour or activity with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • All prices are quoted in USD.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and cash (only for certain tours booked in person).

2. Pricing

  • Prices include guide fees, accommodation (if specified), meals (if specified), and national park fees (if applicable).

  • Prices are fixed in USD and will not be affected by currency fluctuations.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations, late arrivals, early departures, or missed activities.

4. Changes to Itinerary

  • Mulanje Adventures reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or other operational reasons.

  • If a tour or activity is cancelled by us, we will offer an alternative date or credit for future use.

5. Health & Safety

  • Guests must be in good physical condition for the activity booked.

  • Any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements must be disclosed in advance.

  • All participants must follow the instructions of our guides at all times.

6. Travel Documents & Insurance

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, visas, and permits where required.

  • We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip disruptions, and personal belongings.

7. Liability

  • Participation in tours is at your own risk. Mulanje Adventures is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to weather, natural events, transport delays, or political unrest).

8. Photography & Media

  • We may take photos and videos during tours for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us before your trip.
