All our packages include entrance fees to Mount Mulanje, an experienced guide, a porter (if required), and all meals and drinks during the trek. There are no hidden costs or taxes. You may choose to bring additional cash to tip your guide, porter, or lodge staff if you wish.
Pack lightly! We suggest:
Visitors can fly to Mulanje Airport. The airport is small but functional, and from there we provide pick-up service with our own drivers. The drive to the mountain area takes around 1½ hours. Our drivers will bring you safely to Mulanje and arrange accommodation upon arrival.
For overnight treks, having a porter is highly recommended and included in the package. Porters carry gear, cooking pots, and your meals.
If you'd like to carry your own supplies, just let us know—we can adjust your package accordingly.
Sapitwa Peak (3,002 m) is the highest point of Mount Mulanje and a favorite among hikers of all fitness levels. It generally takes 2–3 hours to reach from the nearest overnight lodge. While challenging, it’s definitely achievable—with local guidance and flexibility as needed.
We arrange basic yet comfortable lodges and sleeping huts across the Mulanje massif. Each overnight stop usually has toilet facilities and hot water. We organize logistics and accommodation so you can relax.
Your package covers all meals, drinks, transport (if arranged), park fees, and porter service (if required). There are no surprises or hidden fees.

Every trip can be customized. If a route proves too tough or longer than expected, we adjust as we go to suit your comfort and ability.
Yes — we provide private transfers depending on your group size. Please contact us in advance to arrange transport.
If you cancel 60 days or more before your arrival date, cancellation is free.
If you cancel 59 to 30 days before your arrival date, 50% of the payment will be charged.
If you cancel 29 days or less before your arrival date, 100% of the payment will be charged (no refund).
Note: Bookings made less than 60 days before arrival require a special agreement with the camp.
