At Mulanje Adventures, we believe the best travel experiences begin with the people you meet. From your first welcome to your final farewell, you’ll be guided by a passionate team that lives, works, and cares deeply about this place.

With Mulanje Adventures, you’ll always be welcomed by Hope. He meets you at the airport, helps with accommodation, and stays available throughout your stay. Hope lives at the foot of Mount Mulanje and makes sure everything runs smoothly on the
ground.
Kristian and Gry are the people behind Mulanje Adventures and spend a lot of time in Malawi. We work closely with a local church and know the region well. Gry was born in Africa and speaks Swahili, which helps create strong and respectful connections with the local community.
You’ll also meet skilled local guides and support staff who cook, carry firewood, heat water, and keep the huts clean and welcoming. We place great value on fair wages and ethical operations, and we strive to maintain a high standard in everything we do both practically and personally.

Local experts who know the mountain and make your trip safe, insightful, and fun.
